Riwaays Return Policy

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a credit note only in cases which:

The item does not fit you
You are not satisfied with the quality
Or you have simply changed your mind

Riwaaya’s simple return/ exchange policy is made keeping your convenience and ease in mind. Kindly ensure the following conditions are fulfilled when proceeding for exchange or return any product purchased from the Riwaaya website:

We do not accept any items if

the product has been worn
the product has been damaged in any way
a piece/ item/ part of the product is missing
the product has been altered or there is any change in the quality or characteristic of the product.
You only wish to exchange part of the product

Riwaaya reserves the right to give the final approval on the return of any item only after a thorough quality check that clears the item on all accounts including, but not limited to, being unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels and original packing intact. No return or exchange request will be processed unless these criterion are met. The decision of our Quality Assurance team will be final.  

Non-returnable products

Any custom made item
Any ‘on sale’ items – purchased in a Riwaaya sale or on special discount offers, promotional offers or partnered promotion.
Any item that has been altered as per measurements, specifications, or instructions given by you.


Any return/exchange request has to be communicated to Riwaaya within 2 days of receipt of the item. This includes weekends and holidays.
For international orders, the product itself may reach Riwaaya within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it.
For orders within India, the product must reach us within 10 calendar days from the date you receive it.  

Any cost of return has to be borne by the customer – this might include shipping, handling, delivery, or pick up charges.

The return/ exchange CANNOT be processed without original proof of purchase. Kindly keep your copy of the purchase order/ bill/ email notification with you and refrain from discarding it.

Items purchased online CANNOT be returned or exchanged at a Riwaaya store as per policy. Kindly initiate any return/ exchange procedure on the website itself and please proceed as directed.

Products not approved by the Quality Assurance team will be returned to the customer post inspection.

Accepted returns will be processed as store credits – no refunds will be made. Your store credits are applicable on all products but DO NOT include shipping charges. Store credits are NON TRASFERRABLE.
Exchange requests, once approved, will be directed to the products catalogue on the Riwaaya website.
